Christopher David Bellamy is a British literature educator and writer. He is known for conducting his research in sociology.

Christopher Bellamy was born on October 28, 1955 in Perivale, Middlesex, United Kingdom.

Education

Bellamy attended the University of Edinburgh and finished it with Doctor's degree in 1990.

Also he studied history at Lincoln College, Oxford University, earning Master of Arts degree from it in 1976.

He attended Oxford University and graduated it with Master of Arts degree in 1978, as well as King’s College, London University and got Master of Arts degree in 1978 as well.

He finished University of Westminster with Bachelor of Arts in 1987.

Career

Bellamy worked as field assistant in U.S. Geological Survey during 2 years from 1976. That same year he began working at International Business Machines (IBM), he served there for 11 years.

He has worked as a professor in Greenwich Maritime Institute from 2010. Also he is a director of the same Institute.

Achievements

  • For his contribution to the educational process Bellamy was awarded with Westminster medal.
