Pastor successively Berkley Avenue Church, Norfolk, Virginia, Immanuel Church, Baltimore, First Church, Elizabeth City, North Carolina, until 1905, First Church, Tampa, Florida, since 1905, membership growing from 346 to 2,360, and half a dozen other chs. organized out of lieutenant.
