Clinton Howard Westbrook, American military petty officer, protective services official. Achievements include being a survivor of the United States Ship Arizona during the Pearl Harbor attack in 1941; led United States Ship Missouri into Tokyo Bay for Japanese surrender while on board United States Ship Taylor.

Discharged to active reserve United States Naval Reserve, 1946. Security patrol Southern Pacific Railroad, San Francisco, 1946.
