Entered Diplomatic Service, 1883. Passed by the Swedish Foreign Office, the Swedish Legations in Copenhagen, Paris, Berlin, Saint St. Petersburg, Madrid. Secretary to Swedish Delegation at the Labour Conference in Berlin, 1890.
Delegaie for Sweden at the Universal Exhibition in Paris, 1900.
Minister Plenipotentiary at the Legation in Paris, 1900. Envoy Extraordinary and Minister Plenipotentiary in Brussels and the Hague, 1900.
Transferred to Saint St. Petersburg, 1904. Swedish Minister at the Court ot Saint James since 1906.
