Career
By Wittelsbach loyalists, she is considered the rightful Queen Consort of Bavaria from 1971 to 1983, and by Jacobites, she is considered the rightful Queen Consort of England, Scotland, Ireland and France during the same period. Marie-Jenke was born at Budapest, Kingdom of Hungary on 23 April 1921. She was the fourth child and only daughter of Count Stephan Keglevich of Buzin (Croatian: Stjepan Keglević Buzinski) and Countess Klára Zichy of Zich and Vásonkeö.
She was descended from the House of Keglević, a Croatian noble family.
