Dannielle Hayes received a Fine Arts Certificate from Cooper Union in New York City (1971) and also studied at the New School for Social Research in New York City.
Dannielle Hayes was adjunct professor of photography at New Jersey Institute of Technology Architectural School. She has been a freelance photographer/illustrator since 1968. She was a staff photographer and illustrator for Fairchild Publications from 1965 to 1969.
Dannielle Hayes was photography chairwoman for the International Women's Art Festival in New York City in 1976. She designed costumes for the Academy Award-nominated film The Dove in 1965.
