In 1995-2008, Debbie Allen studied at the National Speakers Association and International Speakers Federation and became a Certified Speaking Professional.
Debbie Allen grew up learning how to run businesses from the young age of 19 when she invested in her family’s car rental and mini-storage business. A decade later, she left the family business to venture out on her own.
She then purchased a fledged retail business. And within just two years, she turned around the business losses and grew the income 10 times over to a multi-million dollar business. She attributes her fast-track to success to the support of her business mentors.
After growing her successful retail stores to multiple locations, Debbie Allen sold her businesses and became a business mentor to give back to others. In 1997, she became a full-time professional speaker and business consultant focusing on marketing and business growth for entrepreneurs and founded Allen & Associates Consulting, Inc.
