Dehua Huang, Chinese Physicist. Achievements include super computer and work station numerical, and finite element modeling for acoustic transducer design, arbitrary acoutic array synthesis and underwater sound propagation; invention of the new 1-3 type composite material for kilohertz transducer and a spherical button Gaussian transducer, a device to generate acoustic Gaussian beam (similar to a laser beam in optics).
