Education
Denjiro Totani graduated from Political Science Department of Tokyo University (1921).
Career
Denjiro Totani entered Audit Board and became inspector (1937). Appointed Civil Governor of the Army (1942). Later rejoined Audit Bureau and, after successive promotions,he became president of Audit Board (since 1954) and senior managing director of Geibi Kyokai (Aki & Bizen Provinces Association).
He held additional post of research member of Koshitsu Keizai Kaigi (Imperial Household Economic Council).
