Background

Ostaro was born in Delhi, India into a Vedic family. His father was a very celebrated physician of Delhi (Hakim Haziq) who treated more than 200,000 patients in his lifetime.

In 1973 Ostaro decided to move to America, as he calls his astrological home, and he settled in New York.

Education

Ostaro attended the University of Delhi.

Career

Like his father, Ostaro was deeply interested in metaphysics and astrology, which he started studying at an early age. After completing high school, Ostaro followed in his father’s footsteps to study medicine, but later he decided to opt for a career in the newspaper business instead. He joined The Times of India in 1957.

In 1963 Ostaro sailed for Marseilles, France, as a volunteer with Service Civil International, a nonprofit organization. His European stint took him to Germany and to England. After a five-year stay in London, he moved to Paris, where he carried out research in astrology, the Kabbalah, and the laws governing human destiny.

In 1979, he founded Inter-National Development Improvement and Assistance, Inc., a not-for-profit educational organization dedicated to positive thinking, self-help, and psychical research, with a firm conviction that positive thinking leads to positive results. In 1980 Ostaro edited and published Ostaro’s Market Newsletter dedicated to DJIA, silver, gold, interest rates, and currencies.

Since 1995, Ostaro has worked as a publisher at Svarg Sindicate, and since 2000, he has been a producer at Samadhi Productions, where he authored and produced two digital movies "Cobra's Wish" (2005) and "Vaikoont" (2008), Producer/Host "Ostaro Show", MNN, New York.

Achievements

• Ostaro is most commonly known as an accomplished astrological consultant with a proven track record for more than three decades. He is known for the accurate predictions of his clients' future and those of global events. He accurately predicted the elections of President Bill Clinton, New York Governor George Pataki, New York Senator Chuck Schumer, and Senator Hillary Clinton, as well as the breakup of the Soviet Union and five winners of the World Series in baseball. His technique of chart delineation involves Sidereal, Tropical, and Kabbalistic systems of astrology.
  
  Ostaro has appeared on dozens of radio shows nationwide. WMCA Radio in New York received 22,300 recorded calls during his appearances. He has been a guest on The David Letterman Show and The Daily Show with Jon Stewart.

Ostaro practices a Chaldean system of astrology, a very ancient system which takes into account planetary indications in conjunction with numerological implications. His philosophy is Eastern while his approach to problem solving is Western. These two factors contribute largely to the depth of his knowledge and insight into human nature as he helps his clients overcome their obstacles and thus become more successful in achieving their goals.
