Worked at Alverson, Taylor, Mortensen, Nelson & Sanders (Las Vegas, Nevada) specializing in Civil Trial and Appellate Practice in all State and Federal Courts, Administrative Law, Hospital and Health Care Law, Insurance Law, Malpractice and Professional Liability, Corporate Finance and Banking, Real Estate, Commercial Litigation, Bankruptcy, Business and Corporate Law, and Family Law. Admitted to the bar, 1996, Nevada. Our firm was originally founded in 1977 as a partnership of two friends and schoolmates, Harry Reid and Bruce Alverson.
After Mr.
Reid was elected to the United States Senate, our name was changed to reflect partnership positions for Eric Taylor, David J. Mortensen, Erven T. Nelson and LaFollette Sanders.
