Career
He was the first player to be called up directly from the UHL to the National Hockey League. He scored a goal for the British Columbia Icemen, on January 5, 1999. He was named to United Hockey League All-Star second team of 1999–2000. He also shared (with Wade Dubielewicz) the Harry "Hap" Holmes Memorial Award (AHL - fewest goals against) in 2003-2004.
He announced his retirement on May 17, 2007 after playing the 06–07 season with the aeronautics
On October 3, 2013 it was announced that he will join the Michigan Technical Men"s Hockey program as a volunteer assistant goaltending coach.
