From 1921 worked at Nizniy Novgorod Radio Laboratories. From 1929 at Centr Radio Laboratories. From 1935 worked for Leningrad research institute
1936-1937, under the director of Bonch-Bruyevich, helped design first heavy-duty multi-resonant centimeter-band magnetron. Developed a number of elcctrovacuum instruments. A point-modulated flourescent lamp.
