In 1985, Dolliver became a vice president at the same corporation. Then in 1979, he was appointed a president and chief executive officer at CanWest Investment Corporation, where he worked until 1981. The same years Frederick worked as a chairman at Na-Churs Plant Food Company.
Also he served as a chairman at Macleod Stedman Inc. from 1980 to 1981. In 1982, Dolliver became a president, chief executive officer and controlling shareholder of Cochrane Dunlop Ltd and held it for five years. Since 1989 he has been a president and chief executive officer at Frederick Capital Corporation. Also since 2003 Frederick has worked as a president and principal at DH Frederick Securities, Inc.
Frederick is a member of National Investment Bankers Association, Association of Professional Merger & Acquisition Advisors, Canada Association for Corporate Growth, International Business Brokers Association, Alliance of Merger & Acquisition Advisors, Young President's Organization, World President's Organization and Engineers Club of Toronto.
On August 28, 1965 Dolliver Frederick married Joan B. Dickau. They have two children.
