Achievements include research in the acquisition of pseudomonas aeruginosa in cystic fibrosis. Research in assessing the utility of serological testing for pseudomonas aeruginosa before microbiological identification and pulmonary immunity in cystic fibrosis. Research in the underlying role of the pulmonary cholinergic system in asthma and potential new diagnostic tools and treatments.
