As of 2015, he plays for Slutsk. Born in Babruysk, Aliseiko began playing football in Football Club Dinamo Minsk"s youth system. He made his Belarusian Premier League debut with Football Club Torpedo-BelAZ Zhodino in 2012, before moving to Football Club Neman Grodno for the 2013 season.
