In 1957, Eduard Israelevich Margolin graduated from the Kharkov Conservatory.
Since 1958, Eduard Israelevich Margolin was a concertmaster’s assistant, and in 1972-1995 a concertmaster of the Voronezh symphony orchestra. He performed as a soloist in concerts. Simultaneously he was a teacher at the Voronezh music school and at the Voronezh State Institute of Arts. Since 1998 he has been living in Germany.
