Returned to England, 1862. Employed on Ordnance Survey of Great Britain, 1862-1870. On Staff of Royal Indian Engineering College, Cooper’s Hill, 1872 - 98. C.V.0.1906; Governor of the Military Knights of Windsor since 1906.
