Education
Eiji Takahashi graduated from Sapporo Agricultural School (1907). He studied physiological chemistry in Germany and England and received degree in agriculture (1920).
Career
Takahashi Eiji was professor of Tohoku University (1909) and professor of Hokkaido University (1920). After retiring under age limit (1946) became emeritus professor of Holekaido University and adviser of Yukijirushi (Snow Brand) Milk Product Company. Author of "Principle of Dietetics", "Nutrition of Domestic Animals", "Coal Chemistry of Marine Products".
