Eizo Nishikawa graduated from Tokyo University (1919), and immediately entered the Mitsubishi Mining Industry Research as technician.
Eizo Nishikawa entered the Ministry of the Interior (1922) and appointed engineer of its Engineering Research Institute. He appointed professor of Nihon University (1940), and professor of Tokyo Institute of Technology (1943). Appointed instructor of the Engineering Department of Keio University (1948). For many years, was engaged in research of lubricant oil, fuel and bituminous materials.
