Elena Fyodorovna Sysoeva (nee Streltsova) was born on May 23, 1956, in Voronezh, Russian Federation.
Elena Fyodorovna graduated from the Economics Department of Voronezh State University in 1978.
Elena Fyodorovna was an engineer at the research economic laboratory of Voronezh State University since 1978. Later on, she worked as an assistant and senior lecturer at the Department of Political Economy of Voronezh Polytechnic Institute. Also, Elena Fyodorovna was employed as a senior lecturer and associate professor of the Department of Finance and Credit of Voronezh State University, where she became professor and head.
Her research interests include financial management, securities market, and banking. Elena Fyodorovna published over 100 works, including books: Financial Resources and Capital of Organizations: Essence, Management, Efficiency of Use (Voronezh, 2007), Financial management (Voronezh, 2008).
