She graduated from the Faculty of Economics of the Voronezh State University in 1973.
Since 1973 she had been a Junior Researcher at the Economic Research Laboratory of the Voronezh State University. Since 1981 she had been a lecturer, associate professor (since 1987), head of the Department of Economics and Organization Management in 1995-1998. Since 2007 she has been a professor at the Department of Economics and Organization Management of the Voronezh State University.
Her main research interests: enterprise modernization issues, business planning. She is an author of over 160 works, including books: “Modernization of Industrial Enterprises” (Voronezh, 2004), “Modernization of Industrial Enterprises Planning: Methodological and Methodological Aspects” (Voronezh, 2005).
