Career
Eleonora Semyonovna Lykova is a lecturer of the Department of CPSU History, Voronezh Technological Institute (1963-1966). She worked as executive secretary of the Voronezh Regional Branch of the All-Russian Society for the Protection of Historical and Cultural Monuments (1966-1983), head of the Department of Information, Public and Scientific Use of Documents of the State Archives of the Voronezh Region (1983-2001). Chief Specialist of the State Archives of the Voronezh Region (since 2001).
The compiler of the collection: "Voronezh in documents and materials" (Voronezh, 1987), "Proletarian solidarity" (Voronezh, 1987, ), "Golden Stars of Voronezh Land" (Voronezh, 1989), the author of articles in the book "Voronezh Governors and Vice-Governors" (Voronezh, 2001).
