Eli Korman graduated from the Faculty of Mathematics and Mechanics of the Voronezh State University (1969).
Eli Korman was a teacher of mathematics at universities in Arkhangelsk and Izhevsk, was engaged in applied mathematics, programming, worked in a computer center. An author of the collection of poems "If we are golems" (Tel-Aviv, 2001) and books of literary articles "Why do manuscripts burn" (Tel-Aviv, 2004). The subject of Korman’s research is the writer's creative laboratory (Fyodor Mikhailovich Dostoevsky, Mikhail Afanasyevich Bulgakov, Franz Kafka, and others).
