Endo Yutaka

After university Endo Yutaka joined the Deposit Bureau of the Finance Ministry but immediately resigned the post at his own request to become second lieutenant in the Navy. In September 1945 he was promoted to lieutenant-commander. In October 1945 he rejoined the Finance Ministry. Then he became superintendent of Himeji Tax Office, in 1949 he became chief of Indirect Tax Section of Kanto-Shinetsu Regional Tax Bureau. In 1950 he assumed the position of administrative official of Prime Minister's Office. In 1953 Yutaka took up the post of chief of Foreign Assets Control Section of Assets Control Bureau. In 1955 he became Chief of Accounting Division of Reparations Department, since 1955 he worked at Bureau of Asian Affairs of the Foreign Ministry.
