Ernest Edward BRIGGS, British artist.
Education
Studied at London University College School. Yorkshire College, Leeds, where he studied mining engineering. Gave up the latter for the career of an artist, studying at the Slade School under Professor Legros and in Italy.
Career
Exhibited pictures since 1891 in the Royal Academy. R.I.; artist.
