Career
Admitted to Missouri Bar, 1917. Appointed to United States Food, Drug, and Insecticide Administration, United States Department of Agriculture, 1917 as field insp. Promoted to acting chief in charge Kansas.
City office, 1919; promoted to chief St. Louis office, since 1920. Made special study of food and drug adulterations, with special reference to the legal requirements for maintaining such evidence in ct. Enlisted Sanitary Corps, United States Army, 1918.
