Eugene Borisovich was born on the 13 of April, 1948 in Moscow.
Eugene Borisovich Boldin began his professional career when he was 14 years old studied in vocational school, from which he graduated with distinction in parallel with the school of working youth (1962-1964) . And then Eugene entered the Industrial and Pedagogical College in 1966.
After his graduation Eugene Borisovich served in the Soviet Army in the Guards Tamanskaya division as a junior lieutenant. From 1971 to 1973 he worked as a technical drawing teacher in a secondary school.
In 1974, Eugene Borisovich was invited to the Union Concert as an administrator for the organization and holding of concerts and special events. Yevgeny Boldin's mission was to become a direct participant in a number of events in the Russian culture, when, the transition and then a collapse occurred from Soviet art with all its pluses and minuses towards mass culture. This complex problem later became the topic of the research of Eugene Borisovich as a student, then graduate of GITIS, which he graduated in 1980.
When in 1978 Eugene Borisovich became director of the pop group Alla Pugacheva, he had a special luck, a special test and special happiness: to help realize the creative potential of a star, then a superstar, the legends of the Soviet, Russian stage, a phenomenon in the cultural and social life of the country. Since then, and for many years, Alla Pugacheva - singer, author, director of their programs, Eugene Borisovich - director, producer. In this cooperation, they created a number of programs that became, without exaggeration, a bright phenomenon in the stage of 70-80s. Among them: musical concert performances "The Monologues of the singer" (1979), "Our visitor is Maestro" (1981), "I came and I say" (1984) in the Sports Complex "Olimpiysky" and the eponymous musical feature film, the television show "New Year's attraction" (1981-1983), "Christmas Meetings" in the Sports Complex "Olimpiysky" (1989-1992), the Charity Event "Account 904" for the victims of the Chernobyl disaster (1988). These programs and projects have become an excellent platform for the work of E.Boldin as a producer, in those years, apparently the main producer in the USSR, gave him the opportunity to fully realize his own potential.
In February 1999, E.Boldin was elected a full member of the Academy of Social Sciences.
