Yorty, Faith Ann was born on May 18, 1943 in Cuddy, Pennsylvania, United States. Daughter of Thomas Carl and Charlotte Helen (Rakoczy) Meneskie.


Bachelor of Fine Arts in Art History, Southwest Missouri State University, 1978. Master of Arts in Communications, Southwest Missouri State University, 1988.
