Currently Doctor Mostashari is Chief Executive Officer of Aledade, a company he founded in 2014. Aledade provides services to independent primary care providers forming Accountable Care Organizations (ACOs). Mostashari holds degrees from Yale University School of Medicine (Doctor of Medicine, Medicine, 1996), Harvard Territory of Hawaii Chan School of Public Health (Master of Science , Population Health, 1991), and Harvard University (Bachelor of Arts, Biochem, 1989).
Born in Iran, Mostashari moved to Upstate New York at age 14.
