Fedor Alexandrovich graduated from the Kiev Theological Academy.
Fedor Alexandrovich was a teacher (from 1743), librarian (from 1747), prefect (1748-1754) of the Theological Seminary at the Trinity- St. Sergius Lavra. In 1749, he was mentioned as a teacher of rhetoric at the Slavic-Greek-Latin Academy. He made public sermons, sometimes in the presence of Empress Elizabeth.
The author of the "Trinity Dialogue" (1743), two "Words" in honor of Sergius of Radonezh (1745, 1749) and others. In 1758, he was recommended by the Synod to Belgorod bishops, but at the request of the Empress Elizabeth, he was appointed as Archimandrite of the Moscow Novospassky Monastery, and then was transferred to Voronezh.
Kirill was the Bishop of Voronezh and Eletsk (1758-1761). While his church service the arrangement of the outbuilding at the bishop's house was finished (the Voronezh Theological Seminary). The outbuilding burned down in 1753. The construction of the building for the consistory was began. He was the Bishop of Chernigov (since 1761). After the death of Kirill huge library was remained.
