Ferenc Kovacs

Career

He is the current Mayor of Nyíregyháza from October 3, 2010. After that he held the position of Vice Chairman of the Committee of National Cohesion since January 1, 2011.

Achievements

• He played for MTK and capped once for Hungary, and won the bronze medal at the 1960 Summer Olympics.

Membership

He was a member of the Constitutional, Judicial and Standing Orders Committee between May 14, 2010 and March 7, 2011, therefore he participated in the drawing up of the new constitution in the spring of 2011.
