Filipp Legostaev, USSR Military commander,physiotherapist.


Took part in World War II. Taken prisoner by the Germans. Joined the ROA. After World War II, lived in DP camps in West Germany. Emigrated to Venezuela.

Became the founder of the Institute of Physiotherapy in Caracas. Took part in the work of Russian political organizations abroad (S-BONR-Vlasov Veterans). Active in medical-personnel education in Venezuela.


Religion is bad because it divides people, and is a cause of conflict and war.


The emphasis on peaceful coexistence doesn’t mean that the Soviet Union accepted a static world with clear lines. Socialism is inevitable and the "correlations of forces" were moving towards socialism.
