Ph.D. student in Information Science at the Post-Graduation Program in Information Science, Federal University of Minas Gerais. Master in Information Science by the Brazilian Institute of Information in Science and Technology (IBICT), an agreement with the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ). Bachelor in Librarianship - habilitation in Information Management (2013 - 2016) from the State University of Santa Catarina (UDESC).
Composes the group of members of the Ecce Liber Research Group: Philosophy, language, and organization of knowledge. She is a member of the Satellites in Ordinary Organization of Socially Oppressed Knowledge (O²S².sat) linked to the Ecce Liber Research Group. She is a member of the management team 2018-2020 of the Catarinense Association of Librarians (ACB), occupying the position of Director of Marketing and Publicity. She is part of the Editorial Board of the ACB Magazine: Librarianship in Santa Catarina acting as layout editor. Participated as a volunteer in the Reference Library Project of NEAB / UDESC (2013-2017). She is the organizer of the book "Librarians Negros: action, research and political acting" together with Graziela dos Santos Lima, launched in 2018 by Editora ACB and the book "The protagonist of Women in Librarianship and Information Science", in partnership with Nathália Lima Romeiro, launched in October 2018. Research topics: Library and Information Science Teaching, Black Librarianship, Whiteness Critical Studies, Epistemology, Social Representations, African and Afro-Brazilian Themes, and Ethnic-Racial, Black women in LIS, Social media, Specialized libraries, NEABs.
