Has written about 50 pamphlets on the tariff and other political subjects, notably Protection and Prosperity (with George B. Curtiss), 1896. That Terrible Eclipse, 1900, and Tariff Handbook, 1904, largely used as campaign documents by Republican National Committee, for which was official editorial writer, 1904, 1908, and 1912. Editor Republican compaign text-book and in charge lit, bureau of Republican Congressional Committee, 1906, 08, 10, 12.
Afterwards engaged in statistical, economics and political compilation in charge of permanent Republican Literature Bureau. Editor in chief, The Dispatch, Erie, Pennsylvania, since December, 1914. Delaware Indianapolis Monetary Convention, 1898.
