Career
Jelinch began his career as a legislative counsel at State Legislature in 1968. A year later he took a postion of a judge advocate at U. S. Army JAG Corps. Since 1981 he has been an owner of Law Offices Frank A. Jelinch.

Membership
Jelinch has been a trustee of Cupertino Chamber of Commerce since 1992. He is a president of Dsanza Optimist Club. Also he has served as a chairman of Terra Women's Foundation since 1982. Frank is a member of American Bar Associations, State Bar of California, Consumer Attorneys of Santa Clara County and the United States Supreme Court Historical Society.
