Welding Company, 1889-1890. In charge meter-testing department Thomson-Houston Company, and successor, General Elec. Company, 1890-1894; then became engineer meter and institute department Has taken out numerous patents relating to instrument and meter design and has written for technical press on meters and a treatise on direct-current dynamos and motors, etc.
