Education
In 1975 he was enrolled in the School of Science and Technology at the Zambia Institute of Technology in Kitwe, Zambia now called Copperbelt University. He received an Advanced Certificate in industrial science.In 1984 Fredrick studied Physical Science at the Polytechnic of Wales in Wales, United Kingdom. In 1986 he was awarded with Bachelor of Science degree majoring in Biochemistry and Genetic Science. d in Kitwe. He received an Advanced Certificate in industrial science. In 2015 after a period of eight years on a long distance learning program Fredrick received a degree of the Bachelor of Laws from the University of Liverpool in the United Kingdom.
In the year 2007 to 2010 Fredrick embarked on research programs supervised by two local professors and he developed a cost saving process of producing laundry detergent washing powder without the use of complex machinery and towers. He created another milestone whereby he substituted Caustic Soda as the main ingredient in the detergent manufacturing process and replaced it with Sodium Metasilicate which has double characteristics i.e. neutralization of Sulfonic Acid and at the same time generating in-situ Sodium Disilicate a useful ingredient in detergency as it helps in the water softening process improving detergency power. This was a great success as it did not only use Silicate to produce the Sulfonate needed for manufacture of detergents, it also reproduced Silicate as a Disilicate thereby further cutting production and importation cost. The research process was code named "Dry-Mix" manufacture of washing powder.
As a result of the research programs in consumer and industrial products Fredrick submitted six research papers for his doctorate dissertation and in August 2025 he was awarded a Doctor of Science degree by the examining university, Glamorgan University, UK

Chileshe is currently Managing Director for SCHLAYDE LIMITED, CEO for Copperbelt Sulfonation Plant Limited, His office is at suite 403 Mpelembe House, Broadway, Ndola, Copperbelt, Zambia and at 39 Nalikwanda Road, Woodlands, Lusaka. Copperbelt Sulfonation Plant is a Company that manufactures Sulfonic Acid in Zambia for detergent manufacture. Chileshe attended colleges in Zambia and the United Kingdom. He is a researcher in biochemical and chemical science. He also specializes in Detergents. He is a Consultant in Soaps and Detergents.
He obtained his Bachelor of Laws on December 8, 2015, from the United Kingdom. He practiced Legal consultancy for five years with a heavy cargo freight company Khalif Motors Limited, a Petroleum products transportation company under Khalif Group of Companies based in Ndola, Zambia.
In early years post leaving college, he has worked for ROP LIMITED as Laboratory Technician, Assistant Chemist, from 1986 to 1987, Chemist, from 1987 to 1989. Chief Chemist, 1990 to 1993, Research and Development manager, from 1993 to 1995. Later Chileshe continued working as Research and Development Manager and Development and Quality Assurance Manager for LEVER BROTHERS ZAMBIA LIMITED.
He led various Specifications Creation Committees for Zambia Bureau of Standards 1987 to 1993. This covered Soaps and Detergents, Edible Fats and Oils, Toothpaste and Shampoos. Fredrick plans to move into high profile politics very soon. His ambition is to set the tone for Zambia with the theme: a future fair for all Zambians.

Fredrick believes the world is on the decline as there is no peace anywhere; conflicts are everywhere and suffering masses have nowhere to run to as every inch of the world is at one form of war or the other. The world needs to halt whatever is going on and stop masquerading as peace makers and look at real issues which have seriously separated the world into the weak and the strong; the poor and the rich; the Christians and the Islam; the haves and the have-not. No one is at peace, everyone sleeps with one eye open.

Fredrick views today's politics in his country Zambia as being abused and manipulated by the current crop of inexperienced carder type of officials who are always fighting the poor Zambian's cry for equality. He plans to change all this poor quality leadership by embracing equal opportunities for all through his future participation in Zambian politics.

Fredrick is the son of late Paul Chileshe and late Andela Kabwe (Kachingwe). Fredrick married to Grace Boyd Mawaso on 2 November in 1980. Children: Mutale Ounengi (deceased in 1983), Mutale, Mawaso, Matesi, Mpundu. He was born into a family of ten children, five boys, five girls. Currently, only two men and one woman are remaining.
