Mr. Massena studied at the Paris Ecole des Beaux Arts, and after completing his training in architecture, left for the U. S. in 1929.
In 1929 arriving in the U.S. he accepted an invitation to teach Architectural Design at the University of Pennsylvania, but resigned late in 1930 to devote all his time to private practice.Associated in practice with Alfred V. DuPont until the time of his death, he was co-architect of the Edison Memorial Tower at Menlo Park, N. J., the U.S. Post Office and Federal Building at Wilmington, Del., Carillion Tower at Nemour Gardens, completed in 1936, and the City Hospital at Wilmington.
