Career
He is currently playing for the Portland Pirates of the American Hockey League (AHL) as a prospect for the Florida Panthers in the National Hockey League (National Hockey League). Wilson was selected by the Panthers in the 4th round (107th overall) of the 2009 National Hockey League Entry Draft. His outstanding play during the 2010-2011 OHL season was recognized when he was named to the OHL First All-Star Team.
On June 1, 2011, the Florida Panthers of the National Hockey League signed Wilson to an entry level contract.
