Coach Gary Stewart stepped down at University of California Davis and became special projects administrator in the athletic department. Stewart was named men"s Head Coach at Stevenson University. He led the Mustangs in his second season to the playoffs for the first time in 7 years with the help of his two student coach"s Saijul Patel and Wayne Cole.
He is quoted saying "We wouldn"t be here without the help of them two.".
