She previously served as the Director of Karsan in Turkey. Born Anna Gianelli de Belen, she is the younger sister of actress and television presenter Janice de Belen. De Belen began her career in show business at the age of eight.
On March 19, 2016, her mother Susan de Belen, died of cardiac arrest at the age of 71.
De Belen joined with General Motors, Fuji Heavy Industries, Fiat, Karsan and Volkswagen Group. de Belen became Director of General Motors, Fuji Heavy Industries, Fiat, Karsan and Volkswagen Group, along with Yasuyuki Yoshinaga. de Belen was launched with the Nissan Leaf from Japan. The Karsan brand was development dutes in 2013 with Murat Şelek and Sergio Marchionne.
