Career
He was a professor at Takaoka Economic College, and at the Manchurian Kenkoku University till he joined his alma mater as professor (1949).
Also accepted a similar post with Toyama University. Was conferred a doctorate for his thesis of fundamental problems of corporations (1952). He is the author of several works, among which are "Theory of Advertising Law", "General Rules of Commercial and Transaction Laws" and "Introduction to Industrial Law".
