Whipple (Mistress East. Frank Watkins). Began with engineer corps on construction New New York, West Shore & Buffalo Railroad, 1882. Preliminary surveys, location and construction as assistant and chief engineer on various railroads, 1884-1902.

In charge water works properties in Ohio, 1902-1905.

Vice-president and general manager Huntington Land & Improvement Company, 1905-1912. Vice president Pacific Light & Power Corporation, 1912-1917.

Vice president Southern California Edison Company, since 1917, later executive vice president Home: South Pasadena, California.
