Education
Georgi Nisski was born in Gomel, Belarus in 1903. He studied at the Gomel Art Studio named after M.A. Vrubel (1919-1921) taking classes of A.Y. Bykhovski; he also studied at the Moscow Higher Art and Technical Studios (1923-1930) and his teachers were A.D. Drevin and R.R. Falk.
