Georgy Fedorovich graduated from the Petersburg Forest Institute (now Saint-Petersburg State Forestry University) (1893). In 1894-1896, an assistant forest warden and teacher of a forest school in the village of Khrenovoe, Bobrovsky district. In the years 1897-1898 internship abroad.
