Velasquez, Geraldine Khaner was born on December 24, 1943 in New York City. Daughter of Barney and Lillian (Yones) Khaner.


Bachelor of Fine Arts, Hunter College, l964; Master of Arts in Fine Art, Montclair State University, l976; Doctor of Education, Rutgers University, l987.
