Educated Conservatoire National, Paris. 1st prize in harmony at same school, at age of 10, and 1st prize for piano, at 14. National prize offered by Emperor of Austria, at Meister Schule, Vienna, 1904.
Served as soloist with Berlin Philharmonic Orchestra, Vienna Philharmonic, Paris Concerts du Conservatoire, Leipzig Gewandhaus Orchestra, Dresden Conzerte der Königl. Hofkapelle, London Philharmonic, Warsaw Philharmonic and with chief orchestras in Hamburg, Mönchen, Brussels. Also of Holland, France and all large cities of Germany.
In America, soloist with Boston Symphony Orchestra, New York Philharmonic, New York Symphony Orchestra, Chicago Thomas Orchestra, and leading orchestras of the United States and Canada.
