Elected Deputy, Potenza, Matera, 1983. President Committee on Finance and Treasury. Proponent of the Citizen’s Defence Movement.

Member Partito Socialista Italiano (Italian Socialist Party) Leadership. Elected Senator, Milan (VI), since 1987. Minister for Environment in Goria government, 1989.

Employee, National Labour Bank. Member economic leadership, UECO, Paris, and ENI, Rome, in charge of Public Relations. Employee. Organisation for European Economic Cooperation, Paris (OCSE) and at ENI, Rome, 1956-1962.

President FIME (Southern Finance) for development of new industrial initiatives in South. Co-founder of European Research Centre for economic prediction and critical analysis of the economy. Founded magazine: Micromega: le ragioni della sinistra.
