Achievements include patents for wooden poles monitoring kit; research in molecular ecology of tree pathogens, urban tree pathology; development of molecular tools for the early detection of decay fungi in trees; development of tomography techniques for detection of wood decay, biology and ecology of wood decay fungi, ecology and epidemiology of heterobasidion annosum.
